On August 16th, Thai-European Business Association (TEBA) had the honour to visit Mr. Patchara Anuntasilpa, Director-General at the Thai Customs Department and his colleagues from various Divisions.

During the meeting TEBA and Customs had an open discussion about Customs’ strategy and objectives for 2022/2023 and Customs’ role in Industry 4.0 and the BCG economy. Other topics and issues raised by TEBA related to the management of Free Trade Agreements (FTA), Incentives for the Automotive Industry, Import Licensing and Customs Valuation.

We would like to thank the Thai Customs Department for the warm and cordial welcome and look forward to our ongoing cooperation.
