Plan of Action to Implement the ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership (2023-2027) This Plan of Action to Implement the ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership replaces the ASEAN-EU Plan of Action (2018-2022) and is adopted at the ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference (PMC) +1 with the EU. Under this Plan of Action, ASEAN and the EU will pursue cooperation in conformity with their respective Member States’ obligations under international law, and in accordance with their respective Member States’ domestic laws, regulations and policies in the following areas.
