Press Release: TEBA-OIE Meeting

On October 30th, 2019, Thai-European Business Association (TEBA) had the opportunity to meet with Deputy Director-General, Mr. Aditad Vasinonta of the Office of Industrial Economics (OIE), Ministry of Industry with main discussions focus on the ASEAN Automotive Products MRA Acceleration, Automotive Trade Opportunities in ASEAN, EU-Thailand FTA Negotiations, Emission Standard and Road safety. The meeting was attended by companies such as BMW, Michelin, Robert Bosch, Triumph Motorcycles, TUV Rheinland, and Schaeffler Manufacturing.

InnoCon Bangkok 2019

On October 22nd, 2019, Thai-European Business Association (TEBA) attended a press conference organized by Project Planning Service Public Co.,LTD (PPS) on the INNOCON Bangkok 2019, a part of the International Air Rail Transport summit at Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Exclusive Dinner with Ms. Kejpiroon kohsuwan, Deputy Director General of the DTN

On October 8th 2019, Thai – European Business Association (TEBA) held the Exclusive Dinner Talk with Department of Trade Negotiations (DTN), Ministry of Commerce at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21. Members of TEBA had an open discussion and information sharing meeting with Deputy Director-General, Ms.Kejpiroon Kohsuwan of the DTN with main discussion focus on the future Thailand-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in the coming years. The meeting was attended by companies such as Bosch, BMW, Czech Trade, DHL Express, Embassy of Belgium-Flanders investment and Trade, Embassy of Switzerland, PCS Machine Group Holding PCL, Man Truck & Bus Asia Pacific,Michelin Siam,  TUV Rhineland, Umicore Precious Metals and ZF Lemforder

The 7th ASEAN-EU Business Summit

On September 9th, 2019 TEBA was invited to attend the 7th ASEAN-EU Business Summit at the Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel, with many excellent key note address by H.E. Dr. Uttama Savanayana, Minister of Finance for the Kingdom of Thailand, in which he focused on the need to help ASEAN with the finance of infrastructure and also planning for aging societies to avoid the middle income trap. Panels were held on the development of the Digital Economy in ASEAN and “Financing ASEAN’s Future”.
