Of major focus is the platform for our members to advocate for policy improvements tackling practical obstacles faced by European and Thai manufacturers in Thailand.

On the 25th of July, President Joerg Laatsch and TEBA TEBA Alongside Other Members paid a courtesy Visit to the Newly appointed Ambassador of Portugal to Thailand, HE Francisco. Vaz Patto. Of major focus is the platform for our members to advocate for policy improvements tackling practical obstacles faced by European and Thai manufacturers in Thailand such as labor, import and export of raw materials, infrastructure and automotive standards which are also essential for Thailand to maintain its position. as a Regional Hub in Southeast Asia H.E. Ambassador Vaz Patto and his team graciously hosted the meeting with TEBA to discuss opportunities and challenges for Portuguese businesses as well as about investors who are interested to invest in Thailand and Thai businesses in Portugal. Another focus was the garnering of support and bilateral relations, as the Embassy of Portugal will be officially opening their own Foreign Trade and Investment Office in Bangkok this year.
