AGM & Exclusive Luncheon
On Friday 2nd April, the TEBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the newly renovated Ballroom, Rembrandt Hotel & Suites, Sukhumvit 20. the TEBA Team reported last year’s activities, advocacy and the financials to our members. After that, we have also elected new TEBA board member: Mr. Stafan Molnar, General Manager Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and the Mekong Region for Lufthansa Group Airlines. On Tuesday 23rd March, Thai-European Business Association held an internal meeting with Mr. Chirute Visalachitra, Director General of the Department of Land Transport. The main focus of this discussion is to highlight the current status of ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (Trial Run) as well as the ASEAN Automotive Committee (AAC) framework.

TEBA Internal Meeting with TISI
Yesterday (March 3rd, 2021), Thai-European Business Association held an internal meeting with the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI). Members of the TEBA had an open discussion and information sharing meeting with Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Thana Alapach of the TISI with main discussions focus on the role of participation of the Thai government in the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA), review of the existing standards for automotive provided conformity of the UNECE regulations as well as the development of entrepreneurial readiness.
